Sinterlyte is a lightweight porous kiln setter for temperature applications up to 1600°C (2900°F). Kiln setters can be coated with Ceria, Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia, Alumina, or left uncoated. As well as providing a non reactive surface, coatings eliminate dusting and provide a smoother, more wear resistant surface.

Manufacturing capabilities

Sinterlyte can be made into sheets, corrugated plates, or custom shapes based on your firing needs.

Excellent Energy Conservation

Low thermal conductivity and heat storage make Sinterlyte materials an outstanding energy saver. Thermal shock resistance permits fast cycling without cracking or spalling.
